He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Dowling and Lucille T. Dowling (Doyle). He is survived by: his siblings, George Dowling of Marathon, Florida, Suzan Brito (Ralph Brito) of Pawtucket, RI and Patricia Bailey. He is also survived by nieces and nieces and nephews.
