He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis F. Fitzpatrick and Marie Fitzpatrick (Thome); his daughter-in-law Lisa Ann Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Walter Fitzpatrick, Marie Lucantoni, Gerald Fitzpatrick, Joseph Fitzpatrick and Rita Karwacki.
He is survived by: his wife Georgette H. Fitzpatrick (Shwaery); his son Francis "Fitzie" F. Fitzpatrick, Jr.; his grandson Camden Fitzpatrick of South Attleboro; and his sister Elizabeth Hodges of Bel Air. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
