She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Bramante and Frances Bramante. She is survived by: her husband Angelo Polito; her sons, Salvatore Polito of Somerville, James Polito (Peggy Kennedy) of Foxboro and Angelo Polito of Somerville; and her granddaughters, Sara and Chloe Polito of Foxboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home (30 South St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (58 Carpenter St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Mary's Cemetery (99 Mechanic St, Foxborough, MA 02035).
