He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fiancée Rosalee Zammuto; his children, Robert McGowan of Somerville and Darlene M. McGowan-Elderd (William) of Nashua, NH.; his grandson Donald E. LeBlanc; and his siblings, Donald McGowan (Anna) of Burlington, David McGowan (Donna) of Arlington and Christine C. Costello of Methuen. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
