She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh W. O'Neil and Catherine O'Neil (McGlinchey); and her sister Dorothy "Dotty" O'Neil. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret MacMillan of Somerville and Robert "Bobby" O'Neil (Marty) of Woburn; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Barnhill, Jennifer McKinley, Michael, Cheryl, Bobby MacMillan, Brook O'Neil and Kim O'Neil.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Patricia's name to St. Clement Church Rectory 71 Warner St., Medford, MA 02155.
