He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Grady and Belmira Rita Grady (Abreu); and his siblings, Ann Duncan, John Grady, Allan Grady and Paul Grady.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Grady (Khoury); his child Erin Grady (Devin King) of Providence, RI.; and his grandchildren, Darin and Bella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
