She is survived by: her children, James Hazel of Somerville, Suzanne M. Grady (Kevin) of Franklin and Jeffrey Hazel of Malden; her grandchildren, Ryan T. Grady and Matthew J. Grady; her brother Stephen E. Cormier (Arlene) of Methuen; her brother-in-law Lawrence Hazel; and her pet Callie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
