We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024, at the age of 78, Janet A. Allen of Somerville, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard S. Allen (Dick) of Saugus; and her parents, Allen Simmons and Doris Simmons (Riley). She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Allen (Laura) of Bedford and Christopher Allen of Reading; and also Jordin Simmons of Louisville, CO.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Janet's name to the Jimmy Fund, which was a great help during the hospitalization of Janet's grandson.
