He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Chambers (Mahoney); his sons, Patrick Chambers (Taylor) and Ryan Chambers (Semih); his sister Linda Morris; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother and sister in laws.
