She was predeceased by: her parents, Angela Piraino (DeVincentis) and Anthony Piraino; her spouse Francis M. "Fuz" Ganat (Genatossio); and her siblings, Marguerite Muir and Anthony Piraino.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Kroner (Monte) of Wellesley, Frank Ganat (Laura) of Arlington, Angela Whelan (Joe) of Hyannis, Judy Cooper (Jim) of Reading, Meg Comeau of Haverhill and Grace McKay (Mike) of Salem, NH.; her grandchildren, Tom (Kate), Michael Hurley (Daniella), Amy Gregoire, Andrea Hurtado (Andres), Erica Patuto (Joey), Sean, Jenna, Katie Cooper, Erin Welshoff (Brendan), Paige, Carly McKay and Bailey Kroner; her great grandchildren, Luci, Josie, Susannah Gregoire, Frankie Burdych, Max, Roman Hurtado, Alexa, Rocco, Dominic Patuto, Teddy, Benny, Penny, Olive and Ruby Hurley; and her brother Paul Piraino of Reading. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
