He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Milazzo and Domenica Milazzo (Vento); his siblings, Angelo Milazzo (Licia), Diego Milazzo (late Lena), Salvatore Milazzo (Alba), Vincenzo Milazzo and Venerinina Venturella (Vincenzo); and his siblings-in-law, Graziella Cassaro (late Louie) and Salvatore Cassaro (Jane).
He is survived by: his wife Maria Angela Milazzo (Cassaro); his daughters, Domenica Milazzo and Mary Grace Bertazzoni (Robert); his grandchildren, Marissa (Joseph Marmion), Sabrina, Nicholas and Danielle; and his sister Angela Cutatia (late Gaetano). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
