He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola D'Amico and Maria D'Amico (Soccio); his wife Giuseppina D'Amico (Marziale); and his sister Theresa Beninati. He is survived by: his stepparent Chiara D'Amico; and his sisters, Anna Ruisi (late Gaetano) and Lydia Chiarella (late Rocco). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
