With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Aurora DeMarco of Somerville, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Aurora left this world on March 20, 2025 at the age of 100, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolina Altobelli (Cecia) and Natale Altobelli; her husband Arthur J. DeMarco; and her child-in-law Shiela P. DeMarco (Lehane). She is survived by: her son James DeMarco; her granddaughter Kristen Callahan (Michael) of Billerica; her great grandchildren, Rachel Marie Perriello (Maverick Landry) of Dunstable, Connor James Perriello and Megan Sheila Perriello of Billerica; and also Beverly Zambernardi of Hampton, NH..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home (855 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02144). A procession was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (230 Playstead Rd, Medford, MA 02155).
