It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Therese (Kitchen) Silvia of Somerset, Massachusetts, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Silvia; her parents, Louis L. Kitchen and Sarah Kitchen (Rooney); her daughter Nancy Ellen; and her sisters, Margaret M. Silva and Ellen E. Sweeney.
She is survived by: her children, Mary L. Federici (Paul) of Westfield, MA, Karen M. Correia (Robert) of Merrimack, NH, Kathleen M. Saraiva (Eddie) of Somerset, MA, James F. Silvia of Somerset, MA and John G. Silvia (Carolyn) of Seekonk, MA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
