He is survived by: his children, Roland A. Costa Jr. (Joyce Cabral) of Tennessee, Michael Wayne Costa of Florida, Cheryl Marie De Cambra (Milton) of Somerset and Dawn Marie Costa (Ryan) of Somerset; his siblings, Theresa Porubsky, Ruth Caouette and John Costa; his grandchildren, Nicholas Costa, Joshua Costa (Julie Denton), Milton De Cambra Jr. (Audrey Brito), Matthew De Cambra (Ashley De Medeiros), Holly De Cambra Couto, Alex Costa and Jamie Costa; and his great grandchildren, Ryder Costa, Milton De Cambra III, Amellia Costa, Kole Costa, Addeline Costa, Riley Couto and Makenna Costa.
