He is survived by: his wife Helene; his children, Suzanne Costa Baldaia (Ernest), Kevin Costa (Alison) of Somerset and Helene Costa (Richard Brodeur) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Shayna Costa of Hopkinton, MA, Dusty Cyr of Fall River and Michela Joubert of Providence; and his sisters, Kathleen Venice (Paul) of Swansea and Elizabeth Faria (Betty).
