He is survived by: his children, Scott Botelho (Kathleen) of Somerset, MA and Donna Botelho (Rene) of Riverside, RI; his sister Gail Patenaude (Eugene) of Sebring, FL; and his granddaughters, Emma Botelho and Catherine Botelho. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
