He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Starrett and Blanche Starrett (LaCroix); and his sister Robin Starrett. He is survived by: his children, Jocelyn Starrett of Riverside, RI, Melissa Starrett (Nick) of Fall River and Jesse Norwood of Fall River; and his siblings, Jeffrey Starrett (Susan) of Swansea, Keith Starrett (Robin McCauley) of Swansea, Cynthia Thibault (Roger) of Somerset and Lynn Fazekas of Seekonk. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
