He was predeceased by: his wife Frances D. "Fran" Turgeon (Rivera); his sister Pauline Turgeon; his great-grandparent Irene Turgeon (Marchand); and also Aime. He is survived by: his children, Suzette Mitchell (Doug), Jay Turgeon (Tracey Murphy) and Keith Turgeon; his grandchildren, Justin Mitchell (Andrea Figaratto) and Niall Mitchell (Miranda); his great grandchildren, Victoria Mitchell, Thayer Mitchell, Oliver Mitchell and Charlotte Mitchell; and his sister Diane Turgeon.
