He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel F. Diniz Jr. and Alice E. Diniz (Grillo); his brother Clifford A. Diniz; and his sister-in-law Deborah Diniz. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Diniz (Leite); his daughters, Tracey Mitchell (Sean) of Fairhaven and Crystal Vieira (Kyle) of Somerset; his sister Alice E. Gut (Raymond) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Jason Neves, Tyler Neves and Riley Canha; and his nephews, Douglas A. Diniz and Michael A. Diniz.
