He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Gallant and Eva Gallant (Bilodeau). He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Lapointe (David), Joy Medeiros (Charlie), Shane Gallant (Diane), Steven Gallant (Darlene) and Lisa Coelho (Manny); and his siblings, Rita Camara, Jeannie Marshalek and Donald Gallant. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Christopher's Church (1554 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI 02878).
