He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Crouse and Hattie E. Crouse (Publicover); his son Charles Crouse; and his brothers, Lowell and Melbourne Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Crouse (Campbell); his daughter Janice Serewicz of West Boylston; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Stephanie, Shane, Andrew and Annie. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
