She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Napier (Baker). She is survived by: her father John Napier; her husband David E. Moyer; her sons, Keith and Aaron Moyer; her siblings, Tammy Rayle (Joe), Tina Taulker (David) and Timothy Napier (Tina); and her nieces and nephews, Russell Rayle, Callie Ann Rayle, Matthew Napier, Sierra Reyna, John Schafer, Jason Napier, Jodi Iffland (Taulker), David Moyer, Daniel Moyer, Drew Moyer and Jacob Moyer.
Family and friends only will honor and remember Tracy's life by gathering for visiting hours at the Chiampa Funeral Home, Sumner House, 5 Church Road, On the Common, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 5-7 P. M. In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines all attendees are kindly asked to wear face coverings and practice social distancing while at the funeral home.
Flowers welcomed, or in lieu of flowers, donations in Tracy's honor may be made to Shrewsbury.
