He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred A. Billings (Tony) and Margaret Billings (Garganigo). He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Billings (Nieuwenhoff); and his children, Nancy A. Breault (Francis M. Breault) of Shrewsbury, Patricia M. Hoey (Timothy C. Hoey) of Milford, Richard A. Billings (Sara) of Northborough and Lisa M. Billings of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
