He is survived by: his wife Miriam D. Foley; his sons, Steven I. Foley of Quincy, John A. Foley of Shrewsbury and Clifford C. Foley of Boston; his siblings, Tara M. Marchand (James) of Townsend, Martin E. Foley (Christina) of Worcester, Daniel G. Foley (Stephanie) of Cranston, RI and Peter C. Foley (Kate) of Rochdale; and his parents, John A. Foley and Marion Foley (Wren). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A modern renaissance man, he enjoyed flying single-engine planes and was a member of Pilots N Paws, a charity designed to fly rescue dogs to new families throughout the country.
