He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Bell and Julia Bell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Bell (Wagner); his children, Scott M. Bell Jr. (Angela), Shawn P. Bell (Kristen) and Benjamin D. Bell (Jane); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Jr., Madison, Abigail, Connor and Mason. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers donation in Scott's honor may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or the American Parkinson Disease Association.
