She was predeceased by: her son Scott Czelusniak; her sister Sheila Murphy; and her parents, Edward Murphy and Adeline Murphy (McDonald). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Donald Czelusniak; her daughter Amy Ringquist (Dale) of Worcester; her grandchildren, Amanda Grover (Jeffery) and David Ringquist; and her siblings, Eileen Munnell (Murphy), Kathleen Feeney (Murphy), Christine Lomax (Murphy) and Edward Murphy. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
