It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matilda Irene Cappoli in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Easthampton, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Polish and Viola Getek (Sadowska); her son Albert Cappoli of Auburn; her son-in-law Dr. Stephen J. Bourgault of Fitchburg; her daughter Dr. Diane Cappoli; and her sisters, Carol Sagnavich and Mary Getek. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
