She was predeceased by: her parents, Francois L. Lemire and Mary Lemire (Burl); her husband Wesley E. Bilek; her daughter Mary Pomeroy; and her sisters, Bertha Champagne and Doris Gadreault.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Podolski (Robert), Margaret Hart (James) and Christine King. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
