Duggan III of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 25, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Duggan Jr. and Marie I. (Delaney); his siblings, John Duggan and Patricia Duggan; and his nephew Matthew Duggan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Herb Duggan and Lisa LaPrade of Providence, RI. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Social distancing guidelines and face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines will be in effect for the funeral services.
