With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Thomas of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Barbara J. Thomas (O'Rourke); his son-in-law Jeff; his daughter Barbara Govoni; his son-in-law Don; his daughter MaryEllen O'Loughlin (Steven); his siblings, Joseph A. "Tony" Thomas (Nancy), Theresa (Willis Haire), Mary (Wilfred Daniels) and Eva Dubuque; his sister-in-law Beverly Anthony; and also, Ann Paquette and Rita Najarian.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosemary Dunlevy (James) and Joann Green.
Sonny's funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, December 30th, 2020 at 12:30 pm in St. Anne's Church, 130 Boston Turnpike Rd. COVID restrictions, including masks and social distancing in church will be observed.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in his name can be made to St Anne's Human Services, 130 Boston Turnpike Rd, 01545.
