He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Orrizzi and Julia Orrizzi (Cilia). He is survived by: his wife Antonia; his daughters, Gina M. Creamer (Jeffrey) and Angelina M. LaRose (Robert "Bob); his grandchildren, Olivia, Tori, Andre, Angelo and Reece; and his siblings, Claire Tesar and Edward Orrizzi. He is also survived by his family, especially his wife.
In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Jack's spirit of generosity, memorial donations may be made to support the academic and athletic activities of the students of South High Community School, 170 Apricot Street, Worcester, MA 01603.
