She was predeceased by: her husband Philip F. Keegan; her children, Karen and Kevin; and her parents, Antonio D'Agostino and Carmella D'Agostino (Tirabassi).
She is survived by: her sons, Philip C. "Phil" Keegan (Ann) of Shrewsbury and Dennis Keegan of Clearwater, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
