He was predeceased by: his mother Judith M. Berg (Cartier). He is survived by: his wife Amy S. Berg (Watson); his father John C. Berg of Wareham; his siblings, Christine Fantoni (Mark) of Marion and John Berg (Paula) of Wakefield; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Watson, Christopher Watson (Cheryl) and Ellen Nuzzolilo (John). He is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews.
