He was predeceased by: his parents, James MacDonald and Anne MacDonald (Dorian); and his sister Patricia Kenney. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen MacDonald (Driscoll) of Shrewsbury; his children, Scott MacDonald (Nancy), Marc MacDonald (Nancy) and Tamara MacDonald; his great grandchild Harper MacDonald; and his sister Shelly Barry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in James' memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
