He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Dunlevy and Veronica Dunlevy (Mahoney); his brother Brian Dunlevy; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Govoni, Jeffrey Green and Bobby Jo Carlton.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Dunlevy (Thomas); his children, John Couture (Jodi) of Shrewsbury, Paulette Racicot of Shrewsbury and Lisa Stewart (Lee Klein) of Auburn; his siblings, Kevin Dunlevy of Florida, Dennis Dunlevy (Joan) of Worcester, Thomas Dunlevy (Joanne) of Worcester, Mary Dunlevy Lannon (Robert) of Florida and Veronica Dunlevy of Worcester; his grandchildren, Cody, Griffin, Chandler, Delaney Couture, Danielle, Matthew Racicot, George, Jacob and Alissa Stewart; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Dunlevy of Worcester, Barbara Govoni of Harwich, Joann Green of Wayland and Maryellen O'Loughlin (Steven) of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and one great niece.
