He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony H. Mikutaitis and Marguerite Mikutaitis (Downey); and his siblings, John Mikutaitis and Joyce Flynn. He is survived by: his children, James M. Mikutaitis (Judy) of Worcester and MaryEllen Mikutaitis of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Michael and Hailey Mikutaitis.
