He was predeceased by: his sisters, Grace Bogoian and Keshigian. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Elizabeth Kiley Vartanian; his close friends, Carol Molina, Frank Livas, Joan Winters, Shane, John Vartanian and Debbie; his grandchildren, Chris Winters (Maya), Jessica Chaffin (Aaron), G. Dane Molina, Matt and Taylor Vartanian; his great grandchildren, Porter, Jack, Mavis Kiley, Liam and Julian; and his sister Virginia "Nora" Ohannesian. He is also survived by his 3 children, their spouses.
