Doryce M. Moosey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 94, Doryce M. Moosey of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doryce M. Moosey to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Doryce shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Doryce farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moosey and Anne Moosey (Adams); and her siblings, Joseph Moosey, John Moosey, Dr. Eleanor Moosey and Edith Shea.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dr. Eunice Kowalczyk. She is also survived by several nephews, great-grandnephews, and nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chiampa Funeral Home (5 Church Rd, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (640 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Doryce's honor may be made to the St. Anne's Free Medical Program, St. Anne's Parish, 130 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury MA, 01545.
