She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Richard and Vius Richard; her husband Francis "Fran" Rimkus; and her siblings, Gerard Richard, Juliet Cournoyer, Rita Langelier, Loretta Murray and Louise Cormier.

She is survived by: her children, Joanne Billings (Richard) of Northborough, Janice Wingood (Duncan) of Suffield, Katherine Grenier (Joseph) of North Falmouth and John Rimkus (Susan Cusson) of Shrewsbury; and her grandchildren, James, Kerry Claflin of Shrewsbury, Jeffrey, Kathryn Wingood, Joshua, Nicole Claflin of Gardner, Justin, Nicole Wingood of Indian Land, S. C, Matt, Cheri Grenier of Northborough, Nicole Grenier (Josh Handy) of Waltham, Brittaney Rimkus of Jacksonville, Rebecca Rimkus of Athol and Katie Grenier of Las Vegas. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
