He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Blair (Swenson). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael D. Blair (Laurel) of Worcester, Linda Leonard (Brian) of Grafton, Patricia Dupre (Richard) of Bluffton, SC and Denise Mangini (Michael) of Rutland; his sister-in-law Nancy Trabucco; his nieces, Tammy Farraday (Michael) of Auburn and Brandy Barnes of San Diego, California.; and also Dominic Ruggiere.
