With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bette C. Jonaitis of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaf E. Sterner and Elvira H. Sterner (Svenson); her husband George Jonaitis, Jr.; and her daughter Joanne Jonaitis. She is survived by: her children, Bette, George Jonaitis III (Donna) of St. Simons Island, Georgia, Suzanne Durkin (Joseph) of Bourne and Gary Jonaitis (Laura) of Wareham; and her son-in-law Paul Pazareskis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and wonderful friends.
