It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bella (Trippi) Melikian of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Giovanna Farina and Giuseppe Trippi; her children, G. Alan Melikian (Cindy) of Dudley, Betty Jane Martinelli (Nick) of Shrewsbury and Robin Jameson (John); her grandchildren, Taylor Melikian, Miranda Delaney (Pat), Dina Martinelli, Devin and Riley Jameson; her siblings, Angelo Trippi, Rose Savastano, Mary Camosse, Vera Mercadante, Ida Zannotti and Gloria Antonioli; her friend Susie; and also Millie. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and scores of cousins.
In loving memory of Bella, donations may be made to restore a precious 14th century altarpiece in the family church "Chiesa di San Filippo" in Sclafani Bagni, Sicily.
