With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara M. Billings of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas P. Billings; and her parents, John Nieuwenhoff and C. Maria Nieuwenhoff (Van der Werf). She is survived by: her children, Nancy A. Breault (Francis M. Breault) of Shrewsbury, Patricia M. Hoey (Timothy C. Hoey) of Milford, Richard A. Billings (Sara) of Westborough and Lisa M. Billings of Shrewsbury; and her siblings, Gale Clements and Alan Nieuwenhoff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
