He was predeceased by: his spouse Sharleen Rose (Dimick). He is survived by: his son Justin Moffatt (Angela Davenport) of Shelburne Falls; his grandchildren, Anthony, Aileen and Abigail Moffatt of Shelburne Falls; and his sister Sherri Cooke (Lee) of Bloomfield Hills. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
