She was predeceased by: her father Michael Palermo; and her grandparents, Anthony, Clarice Accardo, Herks and Vita Palermo.
She is survived by: her children, Max Accardo Carr, Lucy Sky Carr, Porter Marshall Carr and Terry; her mother Linda Palermo (Accardo) of Barrington; her siblings, Christina Palermo Santiago of Lake Barrington and Michael Palermo; and her nieces and nephews, Cecily Santiago, Tatiana Sorrell, Joseph Palermo and John Palermo.
