It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Bartlett (Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts), born in Sunderland, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Richard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene Bartlett and Annie Bartlett (Korpeter); his wife Teresa Bartlett; and his brother Eugene Bartlett (Dorothy). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Bartlett of Indianapolis, IN and Lucy Ravish; his son-in-law Brian Ravish of South Deerfield; his grandchildren, Alexander M. Miner of Leland, NC and Hannah J. Ravish; his siblings, Thomas Bartlett (Barbara) of Bernardston, MA, Kenneth Bartlett of Marina, CA and Joan Hanson (Donald) of Corinth, ME; and his half-brother Robert Pietraszek of Turners Falls, MA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
