With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard E. Biltz (Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Biltz and Susan Biltz (Sigrist) of Wakarusa, IN; his spouse Brandon Lively; his sons, Nicholas Scribner, Jayson Scribner and Johnathan Scribner; his sisters, Ellen Biltz, Jackie Westort of Wakarusa, IN and Karen Biltz of South Bend, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Noah Biltz, Ben, Alex Taylor, Shannon and Sarah Taylor.
