He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Clifton Merrill of Shelburne Falls, MA and Gertrude Wilson Merrill; his wife Genevieve (Ginette) of Bidart; his daughter Anne; his grandson Frank Merrill; and his great grandchildren, James, Sasha and Julia Merrill.
