He was predeceased by: his brothers, Duncan Upton, Jr. and George H. Upton. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen P. Upton; his children, Julie Ann Upton-Wang (Peiming Wang) and Mark P. Upton (Joanne Upton); and his siblings, Virginia A. Brown and Charles L. Upton. He is also survived by his 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
